Listserver Information

IHFDA provides a list server to its member as a way promote the sharing of ideas and information. In an effort to maintain the integrity and positive characteristics of this service, the IHFDA board has established some rules for the list server.

Rules for Posting to the List Server

The IHFDA list server is a resource for professional networking, discussion, and collaboration. We welcome the participation of all our members. For the list server to be of the greatest value to everyone, please observe the following basic rules:

*Be polite and respectful of the opinions of others. The list server is an avenue for sharing of ideas and everyone is entitled to his/her opinion.

*Do not post promotional or commercial messages. If a member solicits a product or service recommendation or asks for the experience of members with a product or service, please reply directly to the individual seeking the information (instead of posting to the list server).

*Do not post offensive or illegal content.

*Do not post any information or image that contains protected health information (PHI) or confidential proprietary information.

The IHFDA Board of Directors

All members are added to the IHFDA listserver. Members can send messages to the listserver by sending an email to ihfda@listserver.ihfda.org. The list server will send that message to all members currently subscribed to that mailing list.

If you wish to respond to a message sent from a member, you have two options:

1. Hit reply, to send a message directly to the original sender only

2. Hit reply all and send your reply to all members of that list.
