Exhibitor

Please use the below form to apply to be an exhibitor at our 2023 conference. You must provide the contact information for your company/organization and the person(s) that will be onsite at the conference and/or present on the virtual platform.

IHFDA has chosen Whova as this event’s hybrid (in-person/virtual) platform provider.  As an exhibitor this year, you will have direct access to the attendee list, an in-person booth, and a virtual booth that will allow for visitor information capture, raffles, white papers, and a video.  In addition, your booth staff can chat live and message attendees directly within the event platform.
